Content of the tender

The objective of the SME construction is to ensure financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises for research and assessment of the feasibility of a groundbreaking innovation which has high risk and high market potential. The main goal of this tender is to create an online service which will make it possible for the freight forwarding companies to fully automate their daily administration, and will help the cooperation between the market operators.

In short term the software will cause reduction in administration time and operation expenses for the freight fowarding companies, while in the long term, thanks to the extended partner network, it can cause significant increase of revenue in the industry.

The primary function of the software is to replace the paper-based daily workflow to a computer-based environment, so the completing the daily routines becomes fully automated: getting and processing the assignments, optimized route planning, three dimension freight optimization via smartphone, notifying partners, managing the documentations, billing, etc. The secondary goal of the project is to ensure the cooperation between the registrered users by cataloging freight companies based on relevant informations like working territory, capacity, special vehicle types. Also making it possible to exchange data and give assignments to each other. The main target group of the Minimo are the LTL carriers, especially in the groupage and the express segments in EU, as well as freight fowarders searching for business partners.
